JOURNAL OF PACIFIC ARCHAEOLOGY
The Journal of Pacific Archaeology is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes research on the prehistoric and historical archaeology of continental margins and islands throughout the Pacific Ocean. Relevant articles on archaeology, biological anthropology, environmental sciences, historical linguistics, material culture, ethnography and history are acceptable. The journal replaces NZ Journal of Archaeology previously published by the NZ Archaeological Association.
Two issues of the journal will be published each year starting in January 2010 with Volume 1, issue 1. Articles of 4000-8000 words, research reports, notes and book reviews will be presented.
The journal will be published in print and electronic form. Subscriptions can be taken out for either form, or a combination package.
